We all need a little support from time to time

Do you feel that your hormones are imbalanced?

You might be experiencing sleep disturbance, weight fluctuations, brain fog, mood swings or energy slumps.

Maybe you have been diagnosed with a health condition and would like support to make diet and lifestyle changes so that you can become fitter, healthier and manage your symptoms better?

There is another way to support your health, through achievable changes that fit into real life.

I offer support with the 5 pillars of health

  • Nutrition
  • Sleep
  • Movement
  • Stress management
  • Social connection

A real-life approach to health

I'm Rachel a naturopathic health coach, my role is to guide and support you so that you gain the tools and confidence to make behaviour changes so you can manage your own health going forwards.

This is supportive, practical and designed around your life.

I 've been a nurse in Surrey for over 20 years and have a special interest and experience  in pre-diabetes, diabetes and women's health.

When I was nursing I often felt that there wasn't always the time or space to support all aspects of a persons life.

At the age of 51, I chose to focus on a more natural, holistic approach to health and wellbeing. I trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, gaining a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching, and I’m a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).

I'm also on my own health journey learning how what I eat effects my body and how sleep, exercise, stress and gut health are all interconnected.

I’ve been working with Rachel for around three months, and the impact has been significant. Living with lactose intolerance has always been a challenge and has affected my lifestyle more than I realised.

Rachel’s nursing background and deep knowledge of nutrition have helped me better understand how different foods affect my body — including some I previously thought were healthy but weren’t right for me.

After just a couple of months, I’ve already noticed a real improvement in my inflammation. With her ongoing guidance, I feel confident continuing this journey and building on the positive changes we’ve started.

Who I work with

  • Anyone who wants to improve their health, energy and wellbeing
  • Feel more in control of their body
  • Create sustainable habits without pressure
  • You don't need to know exactly what is wrong

If you don't feel like yourself anymore, that's enough to begin

How the programme works

If you live in the Reigate, Redhill or Dorking areas I can visit you at home or alternatively sessions can be held online.

An 8 to 12 week programme with weekly or fortnightly sessions to suit your needs.

  • Free 15-minute discovery call
  • 1 hour initial session £70
  • Follow up 30-minute sessions £35 each

We explore your health history, current symptoms, and what’s troubling you most. Together, we start to understand why you feel the way you do.

We focus on achievable goals, review what’s working, and gently adjust what isn’t — without overwhelm.

This is about steady progress, and sustainable results.

I highly recommend Rachel for her insightful and supportive approach to health and wellbeing. With her strong nursing background, she has a deep understanding of the connection between nutrition and overall health, and she translates this into practical, easy-to-follow guidance.

What sets Rachel apart is her focus on small, achievable goals. Through regular coaching sessions, she has helped me make consistent improvements that have had a lasting impact on my lifestyle. I’ve been able to take up activities I never thought I would, simply by building progress step by step.

While weight loss has been a natural by-product, the real value has been in developing a sustainable mindset and the motivation to keep moving forward. Rachel’s personalised, professional support has been invaluable, and I look forward to continuing this journey with her.

Got a question?

Who is this for?

Anyone who would like motivation and support to make lasting changes.

I’m very busy — will this take a lot of time?

No. Sessions are short, spaced out, and designed to fit around real life. There’s no overwhelm or pressure to do everything at once.

Will you give me meal plans or supplements?

No. I don’t prescribe meal plans or supplements. Instead, I help you understand how food, stress, and habits affect your energy and hormones so you can make informed choices.

I don’t really know what’s wrong — is that okay?

Absolutely. “I just don’t feel like myself” is a very common starting point. We’ll gently figure things out together.

Is this a replacement for medical care?

No. Health coaching complements, but does not replace, medical care. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions.

You don’t have to do this alone

If you’re ready to take a kinder, more effective approach to your health, one that fits your life and gives you tools for the future, I’d love to hear from you.
